We do our best to list all product sizes directly below the product's description. Simply click on the product and choose the Sizing Chart tab to view the sizes for that product.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We ship products from different locations throughout the USA so once an order is placed, it will be sent for processing within 1-3 business days, but it is typically quicker. Once the product is shipped, it may take 3-10 business days to receive the item.
Currently, we do not ship international.
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking information of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-4 days after you have received that email.

When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was fulfilled.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-4 days after being updated.
For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.
What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you have any problems, questions, or wish to exchange/return an item, please let us know by email . Please include your Order number.
Unfortunately, some sales are final because they're custom printed. We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes for these items. All sizing charts are based on industry standards and provided in the descriptions.
If there is a print mistake, a reprint can be ordered immediately. However, some of our products are printed on demand, seeing how they are specially made just for you, we can't accept any returns on these items.
We process all orders as quickly as possible, so there is no guarantee that we will be able to make immediate changes or cancel the order after it is placed. However, to improve your chances of successfully canceling your order, please contact support within a few hours after you have placed your order. Any request after 24 hours will not be accepted. You may contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to assist the matter before it has been processed.
How do you ship, and what is the price?
Domestically, we will ship via DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Standard ship times for our orders is between 2-5 business days.
We offer free standard shipping in the continental United States of America.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order is being shipped.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We have multiple fulfillment centers across the US. Depending on demand and availability some items are shipped separately. You may receive the items you purchased in separate shipments.
