We will always do our best to take care of our customers, and we try to make sure that every order is shipped complete and that all items are of the best manufacturing quality.
Some of our products are printed on demand by a third-party service, and we cannot offer exchanges for sizes or refunds. If a garment shows a clear manufacturing defect (bad printing, damaged printing, popped seam, etc.) please contact us with a close-up photo of the defect and a wide photo of the entire garment, and we'll get a replacement made and shipped to you right away.
There is a short window of time after an apparel order has been placed that we can change the size and/or color! If you have placed an apparel order and would like to change the size or color, please contact us within 24 hours after you have placed the order and we'll do our best to make those changes before your garment is produced. We cannot promise that we will be able to submit changes before production has begun, but we will do our best!
